Our client can trace its roots back over 35 years a well established regional wealth management firm based in the heart of Manchester City Centre. They were one of the very first firms in the UK to be awarded Chartered status. Offering unbiased, independent, whole of market service to their clients. They are a seeking a sales support administrator to join their organisation due to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full admin support to the team which will require strong admin and organisational skills.

Help to prepare for client meetings, act as first point of contact in the absence of IFA's, manage diaries, manage client proposals whilst ensuring everything is compliant with the FCA.

Processing client applications/Servicing Clients.

Key Requirements:

Experience of working as an Administrator within a financial services organisation for at least one year

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent telephone manner

Strong Excel skills

Strong team player

Good understanding of the IFA market
