Main Duties

A.     Print daily bank statements

B.     Create necessary paperwork for Finance Directors approval for cases over 10k

C.     Process EDI's, SED and manual statements (excluding Mortgage & GI)

D.     Perform daily Revenue run

E.     Index scanned statements

F.       Scan all provider statements received in post/fax/email etc.

G.     Record all daily statements received on to statement control

H.     Bank provider cheques weekly

I.       Create EDI's on SED machine for paper statements

J.       Any ad-hoc tasks

7.         Qualifications Required:

Good all round education, including Mathematics and English GCSE ‘O’ Levels.


Experience Required:

 1 years’ experience with processing skills are desirable.

Knowledge Required:

Previous knowledge of  all Microsoft Office applications is desirable, although full training will be given
