All new employees benefit from a full 12 month training and development programme, managed daily which is proven to develop employees skills, knowledge and success.
You will work alongside your mentor, progressively increasing your skills. This training includes a mixture of classroom based learning, on the job assignment work assisting experienced colleagues with live roles and also projects and assessments assigned to yourself. One of the main reasons why Avenoir was established is the lack of training and development offered to recruitment consultants. This has led us to invest heavily in this area and as a result you can expect a level of training and development unparalleled.
