matters.
This notice explains how we use information you share when you contact Avenoir Group through this website.
Last updated: 26 October 2026
Who to contact
Avenoir Group is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions or requests, email keigan@avenoirgroup.com.
Information you give us
When you enquire, we receive the name, email address, business name and message you provide. Please only share information you are comfortable sending in an initial enquiry. We do not need sensitive business records at this stage.
How we use it
We use this information to respond, arrange conversations and consider a potential business relationship. Our basis for doing so is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.
Services used by this website
Website hosting and email providers help us deliver the website and receive enquiries. The booking links take you to Calendly, which processes booking details under its own privacy notice. Please review that notice before making a booking.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and how people reach us, including campaign or QR links, booking-button clicks and successfully submitted enquiries. Google Analytics receives page and campaign details, browser and device information, and cookie identifiers. We do not send enquiry text, names or email addresses to Google Analytics.
Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics. It can then set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits, for up to 180 days. Advertising storage, Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Rejection stops collection and removes these Analytics cookies from this website.
We remember your analytics choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This preference storage supports your choice; accepting analytics is optional and does not affect contacting us. Google processes Analytics information under its privacy policy, which explains its international data processing. Optional analytics processing is based on your consent.
Keeping your information
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to manage the conversation, meet legal obligations and resolve any related issues.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing or request a portable copy. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website or the way we handle information changes.
